📦 Returns

- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With invoice or proof of purchase
❌ Non-Returnable Items

- Digital products or downloadable items
- Used or damaged products caused by customers
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Wrong item delivered
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
📍 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
